The Small Group Personal Training Classes (SGPT) program has been extremely popular since its inception 30 years ago. These sessions are centered on Terry Bryan’s science backed program based on the (TIME UNDER TENSION) paradigm. The model involves creation of a workout schedule systematically changed every day. The goal is to prevent the muscles from stagnation, ensuring maximum results. This process is backed by medical science which adheres to the view that weightlifting is definitely beneficial; though, repetition on the same muscle group and movement of it is not effective for too long.
SGPT is a high energy and supportive class. New members feel welcome immediately. Once you walk through the doors, you are part of what we aptly call ourselves – the Terry Bryan Fitness Tribe.
Our High-Intensity Youth Training program is designed for athletes ages 13-18 who want to significantly elevate their performance in a chosen sport. This dynamic workout class focuses on building strength, speed, and agility tailored to the specific demands of each athlete’s individual and team goals. Through targeted exercises and expert coaching, participants develop the power, endurance, and coordination needed to excel on the field, court, or track. Unleash your full potential.
