Small Group Personal Training Classes (SGPT) has been popular since its inception30 years ago.This session is centered on Terry Bryan’sscience backed program that applies to a (TIME UNDER TENSION) model.This involves creation of a workout schedule systematically changed every day. The goal is to prevent the muscles from stagnation, ensuring maximum results. This process backed by medical science, is that all forms of weightlifting are good; however, repetition on the same muscle group and movement of it is not effective for too long.This is a high energy and supportive class. New members immediately feel welcome and are part of our Terry Bryan Fitness Tribe.
