We review daily schedules, environments and habits. Things like how long do you sit in an office chair to what hours of sleep per night you get and what your morning routine looks like.
We then evaluate other factors such as times of meals, estimated caloric intake, emotional eating vs. necessary intake.
Then there’s blood type based eating plans, metabolism and supplements.
Combine all the above with your body type, blood type, health conditions, limitations and goals.
